What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Easy to use and locate the exact criteria needed to prospect and identify targets that met our solution personas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scoops. Hands down. By putting in a few keywords, internet search intent is harvested and surfaced when there's a project being researched before a purchase. We can then take that intent score and leverage it into our account based marketing techniques to put our solutions in front of the prospective customer as they go about their research. We found that we almost always got invited to evaluations and we attribute it to this feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI needs a refresh. Seems dated. Still powerful. Also the credits redemption for list downloads can prevent users from confidently researching a large batch of target personas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework. Seriously dig into how using Scoops into an integrated sales & marketing process. If done simply without over engineering the process, it can be a game changer.

They have a well designed app/website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to export lists to excel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of the data I could easily find with a google search and they will lock you into an autorenewal even if you tell them verbally not to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not use it. It seems nice, but it's just a procrastination tool that costs lots of money. They are not easy to work with.
