Contrary to heavy-duty enterprise HR software, it offers a scalable, cloud-based platform with modular functionality that small and mid-sized businesses can adapt to suit their requirements. Furthermore, its complete integration with Zoho's platform (CRM, Books, and Projects) makes it a top option for organizations already utilizing Zoho products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite feature of Zoho People is its intuitive self-service portal, allowing employees to easily track attendance, request leaves, and manage performance reviews

What do you dislike most about this product?

its limited payroll functionality in some regions, requiring third-party integrations for full payroll processing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho People is best suited for small to medium-sized organizations seeking a low-cost, cloud-based HR tool with robust automation and customization features. It will suit companies who do not have complex payroll processing or already have Zoho's ecosystem in place. Large organizations with highly niche HR requirements might find it short on some advanced features. Adequate setup and integration planning will make the experience smoother.

Still i have confusion while finding the holidays and leaves apply

Kindly improve the UI better way, and also enable better search engine for it
