With a centralized approval system, we have the ability to effectively manage employee absences, allowing a clearer and more organized control over staff availability, using tools like Zoho People, we can not only manage Key Result Areas (KRAs), but also the competencies and skill sets of each employee, this facilitates a comprehensive performance evaluation, as it allows aligning organizational expectations with individual capabilities, and the assessment modules provide us with valuable data that helps identify both employee strengths and areas for improvement, which in turn can guide training and professional development.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Leave management becomes simple and efficient with this tool, as it simplifies the leave request process and allows employees to easily access their leave balance and vacation days, through the application, workers can request leave directly, which speeds up approval and reduces the administrative burden for supervisors, in addition, the system provides accurate tracking of working time, effectively recording hours worked, as well as overtime and compensatory hours, this feature not only helps maintain a detailed and accurate record, but also facilitates human resource planning and ensures compliance with labor regulations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From my perspective, I consider that the interface presents an excessively cluttered design, which can complicate the navigation experience for users, this lack of clarity and organization can generate frustration when trying to locate specific functions or information, since the elements are arranged in a way that does not favor easy and quick access, a cleaner and more structured design could significantly improve usability, allowing us and other users to perform tasks more efficiently and with less effort, by simplifying the interface and making it more intuitive, it could optimize not only the interaction, but also increase satisfaction.

The tool proves to be very intuitive and simple to use, making it an ideal choice for complex human resource management challenges, its ability to centralize various functions, such as leave management, attendance tracking, timesheet development and the onboarding process for new employees, allows organizations to handle all of these tasks efficiently from one place, this not only saves time, but also reduces the possibility of errors that can arise when using multiple dispersed systems. By offering a comprehensive solution, this tool is perfectly suited to the needs of companies looking to optimize their human resources processes.
