What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visuals are very nice and user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a while to get known to the various names that are used if you are not very well known to commercial naming like leads, opportunities, pipelines, funnel et cetera. Not directly software related though...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Find your way around the naming of different areas of business for, I mean definitions of opportunities, leads et cetera.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

A robust office suite for customer relationship management. Every office affair can be done at one diverse suite which also allows working remotely. I can assess and accelerate business performance. Lead management made it easy for us to capture and automate lead scoring and getting customer’s real-time insights. Journey orchestration has played a significant role in maintaining customer engagement and loyalty in my opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows such a smooth lead management process that we can assign specific leads to a specific sales force. You get notified whenever someone interacts with you or even browse through your website. And last but not the least, the built-in conversational assistant is the perfect feature for predictive sales assists and we are able to expand our business over the world as you can use multiple currencies options on this platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being a user, I appreciate the quality of services that it provides

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is a robust office suite for customer relationship management. You can create new leads by monitoring social media conversations about your business.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It's all there, tasks generation, reminders, email, templates... everything to keep the team connected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation is the best feature. Let the software do the email touches. Reminders set for team members to call. All easy and productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only hurdle for me was deciding when a lead converts to a client. Once I got past my own blocks, it all made sense.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
