What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Users of Zoho CRM can approach problems in business from a variety of angles and find answers for a wide range of management tasks. It's a convenient way to centralize our contact information for prospects and clients. In terms of business administration, it is applicable to both large and small enterprises. Purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices are all within our capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For almost two years, I had the great fortune of using Zoho CRM, especially for E-mail marketing, as well as for supervising and performing the sales analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. It's a good practice for me to keep tabs on all of the messages I've sent out to users via email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Investing in the full Zoho suite or only the apps you need isn't always the best choice. Finding the correct software for the job might be challenging when there are so many options within a single suite. The most user-friendly experience would have a notification setting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most user-friendly aspect of Zoho CRM is that it allows me to review all sales-related activity with my entire team. It's simple to follow up on a purchase. The greatest all-in-one suite for running a company.

Affordable software but not an integrated CRM

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is very similar to the other basic CRM softwarw out there. It is more comprehensive than Monday.com but poorer in many features than HubSpot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thw fact that it is affordable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is not very intuitive and it lacks marketing automation tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a project management tool that provides space and colaboration features for the entire team, then this is perfect.
