What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho is easy to learn and has built-in artificial intelligence offering a wide range of tools for contact management and customer communications. It allows to build and execute macros for repetitive tasks, or write your own custom functions. It simplifies complex data entry processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho comes with all desirable features which a user may expect from a CRM software. It is allowing for multiple roles for users, easy to use, user friendly interface, flexible, facilitates macros for repetitive tasks, customizable dashboards and drag-and-drop modules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Learning curve may be reduced if Zoho maintains rich video tutorial library, further customer service is not sufficiently responsive. Zoho CRM dashboard is not as robust as other competitors have further it has some bugs need to be resolved. Mobile app needs improvement like giving proper notification. Integration with external CRMs and third party systems are limited. Free and cheaper plans have lot of restrictions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is a cloud-based 360 degree customer relationship lifecycle management solution that is simple, user friendly, intuitive, and cost effective. One can build his/ her own version of Zoho CRM, it facilitates making sell process smarter, automated, and faster, efficient management of contact and lead, email integration and detailed analytics.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM can do it all. It can handle credit card payments and subscriptions. It can do video meetings and software application development. It can do project management and contract building. It can do online signing and spreadsheets. It even has a telephony system. As such, not even Google Workplace comes close. This is what initially attracted to it. We had a complex suite of tools that integrated more or less seamlessly one with another and it made sense to go with a place that could provide us with all the tools we needed under one roof.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In terms of cost, it's hard to argue against ZohoCRM. If you can live with its quirks, the price is unbeatable when you look at everything it does. If you look at Google Workplace that gives you a lot of the same tools as Zoho, you would still need to get a decent solution for your CRM, payment management, accounting, project management, live chat, social media calendar, marketing funnel and email marketing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It promises the world, but gives you an average experience. We expected that all the tools would talk to one another seamlessly, but they don't, really. We might have been better off to look for specialist solutions and piece together 3 or 4 big pieces

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think very carefully about the compromise you are making by getting all the tools you could possibly need, but none of them do exactly everything you might need very well
