The complexity of this product is what I don't like about this product. It's not beginner-friendly at all.

What differentiates Zoho Bookings from other similar products?
What truly sets Zoho Bookings apart for me is the automated reminders. They help reduce no-shows and keep everything so organized. Plus, the payment processing feature is a real game-changer; being able to accept payments right during the booking process simplifies everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoho Bookings has to be the automated reminders. They take so much pressure off my shoulders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While I appreciate the depth of functionality, it took me some time to fully grasp everything, especially the more complex settings. I wish there were more intuitive guides or tutorials to help new users get up to speed more quickly. It’s a minor hurdle, but it can be a bit frustrating when you just want to dive in and start using the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering Zoho Bookings, I’d recommend spending some time customizing the booking forms and experimenting with the integrations to see how they fit into your workflow.
