What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A prominent aspect within the product is the customizations, which are a big part of why we use Zendesk Sell in our organization, We can also make sure that we are recording all the correct information when managing the database of all our clients and from there to save a substantial amount of time by having to complete or omit content that does not apply to a certain business model.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I can emphasize to this product that gives us so many benefits is its speed, and that is that in many cases email updates take up to 10 minutes, which is why it is necessary to use an email server most of the time. weather.
