Being a cloud-based management tool, it permits us to remotely control multiple screens with the help of an intuitive interface, making it accessible for non-expert users.

Its cloud-based remote management makes it my priority to use it. It has made itself convention for me to work from any location and control multiple screens at a time. I can manage my remote team with strong collaboration and thus raise the standards of my work. I don't have any dislike for it but yes, one thing I feel can be improved is its limited customization choices for experts. So this would be some unwanted thing in it that should be updated.
