What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

That everyone including maintenance department operates and holds accountability around the operations of day to day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cash Flow Reports and Bank Reconcilliations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't edit or fix any corrections once you close out a batch of payments and most of the time you'll have to call YARDI for overrides.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone has their experience with YARDI whether bad or good, however it is still the number one software and tool out there in the market.
