What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

We requested a presentation from Yardi Voyager and MRI using the company's data. Only Yardi complied. Yardi Voyager has robust reporting, can be user friendly and as asset to real estate property management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Yardi Voyager has robust reporting and functionality that is an asset toi real estate property management, commercial & residential.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Yardi Voyager does not have features that I dislike. However, the prior property management system was a combination of BJ Murray (a DOS based system) & Quickbooks. Training employees used to BJ Murray was challenging

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yardi Voyager is a great ERP system for commercial & residential property management, real estate development & construction.

What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

Yardi is probably the worst system I've ever used (besides Focus). It needs a total overhaul. There are other systems that work much better, but are more expensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payables are easy to process

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time outs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't use it unless you have a very small portfolio.
