What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

Yardi is probably the worst system I've ever used (besides Focus). It needs a total overhaul. There are other systems that work much better, but are more expensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payables are easy to process

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time outs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't use it unless you have a very small portfolio.

What differentiates Yardi Voyager from other similar products?

It is a very high-level technical product that requires training. However, once training is completed, a wealth of metrics is available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Staging/Test mode

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not always integrate well with other products. There are not many innovations due to Yardi's position as industry standard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is focused on the financial aspects of management, do further research on other products if you wish to balance the client experience.
