Wrike's robust reporting features were the differentiating factor for us between Wrike and other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wrike Analytics Board
What do you dislike most about this product?
Requires a bit of a learning curve, but I found it quite intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to look closely at the Pinnacle level features. We find them well worth the money.

Excellent document / video / audio publishing workflow with proofing tools.

Online forms are too limited. Little form logic, and little formatting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It may not be the best for every org, but it is a solid product, easy to roll out because it is intuitive, and the product support is reasonably timely, professional and friendly.

Easy of use, helps to stay organized. document things as they happen
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I could sort by tasks. Currently, I can only created a report by user, in progress, complete task. We can't sort using our own criteria
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use all the training provided by Wrike and reach out to your account manager as they can teach you ways to better utilize the software to your own needs
