Wrike is for organizations with solid project management foundations already in place and clear SOPs for time and expense tracking. If you're a smaller team or one without said starting points, I'd consider a simpler alternative platform initially.

I'd recommend trying Wrike with just one department first before using it across the whole campus. Make sure to train teachers and staff really well from the start - the system is too complicated and will confuse people who aren't tech-savvy if they don't get proper training.
