Overall a really fantastic experience that strikes a decent balance between usability and personalization. Overall, Workday Benefits is a fantastic tool for organising benefit data. Every time a problem does emerge, which is uncommon, customer service is incredibly helpful. Every employee in a business has access to a wide range of capabilities through Workday, from time tracking to managing benefits like leave.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface could be modernized somehow. The use of chatbots by Workday in the AI revolution and the new era of disruption seems to be at a standstill.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product which is easy to use and can unite finance and Other features, you should go for it.
