What differentiates Workday Enterprise Management Cloud from other similar products?

Workday is best cloud-based employee management software that I have ever used in my professional career. It has amazing features and UX design interface thus making it very easy to use. A complete employee management tool for Human Resource Management department. It is a daily use software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

On workday, you can update all your personal as well as professional details like your previous employers, skill set, your goal for the year,, etc. The amazing part is that your information can be accessed by anyone in your organization which is amazing for people working in different department or country. This makes other colleagues understands you better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have been using it for 1 year now and have not encountered any issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it if you are a big organization. A complete HRMS platform with very amazing features.

My favorite aspect of this product is it's embedded AI and machine learning at core

As a senior financial analyst what I dislike most about this product is it's limited flexibility for complex financial structures

Treat workday as a business transformation program not just a software implementation
