What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that Workable lets you design bespoke workflows to match particular hiring procedures is something I like. To represent your selection process, you can define states, steps, and actions. From the platform itself, you can post job offers on numerous employment sites and social media platforms. This draws in a larger pool of people and increases the exposure of job openings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe not as many integrations as on other platforms for recruiting management.
