It is a perfect tool for not only applicant tracking bit also makes video interviewing easy thus becoming best in it's category.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the effortless employees tracking. The software is a leading video interviewing solution. Despite offering many features, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All the features of Workable are great. No flaws to report

It is the best you can get for applicant tracking and the additional capabilities comes as a plus. I recommend Workable

What differentiates Workable from other similar products?
Some elements require manual solutions which can take a bit of time. It would be nice if the special panels we can create were transferable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it allows you to integrate all of your information and processes in one place. Customer support is there to answer all of your questions. I like that I don't have to leave the platform to create basic HR processes. I like the different views it offers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was a customer support number or even a live chat. I also wish there was an option to speak to someone in support over the phone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has allowed us to streamline our process, saving valuable time. It has allowed me to automate many of our HR processes. It is a system that I use several times a day. It has proven to be an integral tool.
