No longer a fat client, centrally managed
What do you dislike most about this product?
On premium solution forced to used external cloud based Octa authentication. If internet connection is broken, can't access system even though it is based on-site

It's terrible, stay far far away from this system.

HRIS and Payroll
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Avoid this system for HRIS and Payroll. Accounting and Finance also have limited features. It does not prevent duplicate data entry of invoices to be paid! HRIS is limited functionality, payroll is riddled with errors, reports are horrible, there are not ACA or benefits functions.
