What differentiates Tricentis Tosca from other similar products?

Its model-based testing capability is its trademark feature. Unlike traditional approaches which are script-based, where code is required to make a test, Tosca permits us to use a model for the design of the test, thus making the process of automation reachable for both novices and experts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I want to highlight its model-based testing as my favorite approach as it allows us to reuse the component of the testing, which in turn gives rise to efficiency and minimizes the extra burden of maintenance. It is capable of automating the testing over a wide range of platforms, making it highly versatile and adaptable for all types of working conditions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tosca is a premium software and despite offering an intuitive interface with a low-code or no-code testing approach, it demands sufficient knowledge and training to master it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tosca is very favorable even for complex testing environments and also supports cross-platform testing. It also has learning curves, so to avoid this hurdle it is recommended to have formal training for yourself or your team to boost up the work.

What differentiates Tricentis Tosca from other similar products?

It is famous among its similar products in the market due to its detailed automated and integrated characteristics. It provides us with a model-based testing way by the help of which we can regulate the complexity of testing processes. It is integrated with several external development environments. It is unique in its capabilities to support continuous abilities and instant feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It facilitates a model-based approach for the usability of components of tests, minimizes the efforts I need for the maintenance of tests, and accelerates the overall process of testing. Its extensive features of automation enhance the proficiency of tests, by the help of which I am able to hold the test quickly and with reliable outcomes. The advancement in analytical and reporting, helps me to improve the quality of my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I have to deal with smaller and larger, sizes of projects, in small projects, its features are sufficient to meet all my demands but as far as large projects are concerned, Tricentis Tosca demands high system sources. If I fail in balancing the need then it creates difficulty for me to manage my project with maximum accuracy. The factors which I really don't like about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone who is looking for a powerful platform for software testing then it is best to go software. It supports continuous testing. It provides all-in-one test automation.
