At an individual level everyone is aware what is supposed to worked upon and if there are any dependencies on them for the project to move forward.

An excellent tool in collaborative work

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
The purpose of Trello is to serve as a virtual diary and tracking tool in addition to your regular calendar. Working together and delegating responsibilities is made possible. Even though I can see the value in this for those who like digital tools, I find that writing things down by hand is far more efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a great tool for coordinating between team members and supervisors, as well as for storing and sharing media files like photos and movies. One of Trello's best features is its no-nonsense pricing structure. Because it can be accessed from a smartphone, this program is tremendously convenient. I have to be honest and say that this was the very first project management program that I ever used, and it is wonderful for managing projects that are either little or medium in size.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Other project management methods, such as those based on kanban and other styles, are more suited to the completion of complicated projects involving many inputs and milestone evaluations, such as the linking of tasks to subtasks, the development of a road map, or the examination of iterations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While Trello shines as a medium- to large-scale project manager, it might be difficult to handle massive projects with multiple teams. Because of my lack of expertise with automation tools, I've found it challenging to incorporate Trello's automation feature into my routine.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
