What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello solved one of our main drawbacks when working remotely: the speed to keep track of each work proposal sent to the system. It is very simple, being able to review, correct, forward and manage jobs received by employees, from one place, the work is faster.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Something very motivating about Trello is that it can be integrated into Slack, and thanks to this, by managing the cards within each board we can now change and choose new expiration dates for tasks from Slack, and we can add conversations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The capacity of the platform when it comes to making analysis on the performance of some employees is a little limited. By this we mean that some of the evaluations that Trello offers, such as the 360 degree or self-evaluation, have not encouraged full feedback with employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trello works as a group task assignment web page, which has many essential features for the agility of any project that involves some kind of monitoring of such assignments, so it is recommended if you need to work remotely and that the work is fast.
