What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

Support, support, support! ThreatLocker believes in their product and makes it friendly to use as they support is always readily available to help resolve any issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is rock solid with minimal issues. As it is a security product is does cause some productivity issues at times as it blocks software installs/updates, etc. at times. What makes me keep on using ThreatLocker is not only for the security they provide, but for the support they offer. So refreshing to technical support not only always willing to help resolve an issue...but actually offer to train you on how to resolve the issue. Their support does not just point you to a KB article...they start a remote session and actually show you how to resolve the issue so you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest challenge is learning the ins and outs of the management portal. Lots of options and easy to get confused on what to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This solution is a must have for any MSP/MSSP. The solution is amazing and support is great. I would recommend any organization that implements this software purchase the CyberHero Support. This takes a huge workload off the IT support team and ensures end users stay productive.
