What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

The support team is great. Easy to get in a chat session to get help. It is a discipline, so you need to be prepped up front before onboarding a customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to sleep at night. The ability to stop a unknown file from running is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the newer components that need a little more time to be live.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GO FOR IT. Just take your time in learning and onboarding and it will be a great decision.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

From a SOC Analyst perspective we have seen ThreatLocker be innovatiive in terms of Zero Trust. The porduct is constantly introducing new features that provide more rebust security and analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability. ThreatLocker's abiility to secure an endpoint while relying on Machine Learning to determine normal is second to none.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Personally speaking, it is complex when it comes to large scale management (MSP). Can be very technical at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would reccommend to clear training and available certifications to allow progressive learning and implementation of the product. Ideally, the product could cater to large deployment and bulk management.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

It's a number of things, but if I had to choose one, it would really be the support we receive. The support we have received from Threatlocker when we have an issue or question is second to none.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Application whitelisting, Network Control, Storage Control

What do you dislike most about this product?

ease of updates for third-party software. This can be frustrating to work with software that "auto updates" without warning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a dance. You will step on each other's toes for a while. It is critical to have a proper learning period for new implementations.
