What differentiates TeamDynamix Sassafras from other similar products?

Incredibly rich in features, with new features frequently added after listening to customers requirements. An example being the remote access functions that were added during lockdown.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of upgrade to new versions whilst always maintaining backwards compatibility. Even a complete change of server operating system and platform is no problem,

What do you dislike most about this product?

With so many features it can be a little complex and overwhelming to use. However, the technical support is amazing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try. I believe you run a free trial copy with a limited number of clients.
