What differentiates TeamDynamix Sassafras from other similar products?
Sassafras is responsive and provides everything I need plus more. Having software and asset management in the same package and having them work well together is a huge plus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Honestly it would have to be the immense software database that accurately identifies what is installed on a computer and makes searching for devices that have specific software installed super simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functionality can be difficult or complicated to implement, but support always comes through and makes it work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't get overwhelmed. I highly recommend setting up a test environment so you can evaluate your needs and get Sassafras properly configured for your production environment. And, of course, work with Sassafras support. They are excellent.
