What is TeamDrive?

TeamDrive Systems (www.teamdrive.com) develops and markets collaboration software for an easy and secure collaboration over the Internet. Its core product TeamDrive facilitates the availability at any time of the latest versions of files and documents, even offline and without having to start the application. Unique to TeamDrive is the zero-knowledge cloud infrastructure, combined with end -to end encryption. The new software requires very few system resources and does its work nearly imperceptibly in the background.

What differentiates TeamDrive from other similar products?

Employees enjoy continuous data backup to protect their files. We choose between file-level and sector-level backups to ensure the ability to restore all device data in the event of a total loss

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TeamDrive boasts many security features, including user-controlled encryption, two-factor authentication, password protection for files, and more

What do you dislike most about this product?

Provide the ability to set up Personal Vault space on our drives to keep sensitive documents secure. These vaults can provide an additional layer of protection by adding a second authentication method. Employees can use their fingerprints, faces, or PINs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeamDrive will allow you to edit files from the cloud without needing to download them first, saving time and desktop storage capacity and making simple edits more convenient.

What differentiates TeamDrive from other similar products?

Members can create, upload, edit, move and delete files. They can also manage membership settings

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to merger our documents, categorize them, and attach them to any report, helping us to eliminate the risk of double entries

What do you dislike most about this product?

Members can only view files and folders within their Team and if they have not edit access right they will not be able to move files between folders, which could be frustrating if they create a file in the wrong location

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeamDrive is an excellent solution for organisations that want to have an organization-wide shared drive structure

What differentiates TeamDrive from other similar products?

It offers us really good permission controls, versioning and activity reports, which allow effective collaboration without hindering the way we work

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With automatic synchronization feature, I am able to work offline. Once I am online, my data is synced back online

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the software is surprisingly simple and easy to use, if you have never tested TeamDrive before, you could be driven mad just by trying to figure out how their pricing and licences work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is no doubt that TeamDrive is really useful for teams. When you want to work on files on TeamDrive, all you have to do is access those files through your file system normally
