What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau can allow me to present complicated program and survey data in easy-to-understand visuals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy transforming raw attendance sheets and feedback spreadsheets into dashboards, and thus I can immediately see what cohorts are performing well and which workshops require some adjustments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like the fact that adding or removing a few fields to a field will occasionally cause a chart to break and I have been leaning on our volunteer data person to assist in fixing the broken views.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My advice would be to begin with a single evaluation dashboard, which is quite simple in metrics, and distribute it during workshops to ensure that your team utilizes the insights in the planning process.
