How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Not very intuitive at the begging
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau language is easier to understand compared with Dax from Microsoft Power BI. Tableau hasn't the data preparation and transformation part integrated, there is another software for this purpose.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its easiness to connect to huge amount of different data sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The different ways to use filters is not very intuitive. There are a lot of ways to connect to data but some of them are very low performing and it affects the time to load the dashboards. It's not very intuitive to use at the beginning because the drag and drop options are difficult to understand. You can set alerts to check if a specific value moves from a certain threshold, but you can't set alerts if there's a decrease of a certain percentage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For developers who will be creating the visualizations I would recommend them to review all tableau tutorials to learn faster.
