The pipeline tracking and analytics along with forecasting.

SRs do not always flow properly or have errors and other issues without proper notification.

it is a functional platform for sales management and CRM but not perfect.

It is different from other similar products due to its seamless integration due to its ecosystem, providing a complete end-to-end analytics solution. Its user interface completely impressed me, its data visualization capabilities, and the ability to derive actionable insights and monitoring very easily. This platform's focus on user-friendly analytics helps a wide range of users, from beginners to advanced analysts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My Favourite aspect is its ease of use capability. The intuitive interface and drag-and-drop functionality make data analysis and visualization very easy, even for someone without extensive technical skills can use this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
not offering any support in offline mode is what is dislike about this product.

I suggest that this product should also offer the features for mobile application!
