What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?

The ability to do customer branches and options while also having a free tier and interactive analytics

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create branches based on a survey response or choice

What do you dislike most about this product?

Free trial response limit. I understand why they have it in place, so I can't blame them but it is something I wish was increased. So if you are needing to survey more then 100 people, you will need to sign up for a full account and skip the trial. Likely worth it though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it out. The free trial means you have no reason not to. Just beware it is limited to 100 responses

I liked some of the pre-built functionality of Survey Sparrow. The onboarding process guided me along the path I needed to go.

The onboarding was easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may not be the right fit for everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Survey Sparrow is likely a better fit for niche industries compared to survey monkey or other similar tools.
