It has free integration with Zendesk tool which is vital in collecting feedback from clients anytime they contact support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cheap and does comes with premade templates to start with creating custom survey

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not liked the user interface of the solution as navigation experience is too poor

What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?

No technical knowledge needed to use this tool and has also the the ticket system that can be integrated with Zendesk to offer custom support service at the same time collecting reviews and feedback from the clients

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to deploy and does not cost a lot of money, has templates to customize to collect feedback and also I like the integration of the tool with Zendesk and Intercom to collect feedback right from the live chat widget

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any issue with this tool yet, However, they should consider improving the user interface of the software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool because of its fair pricing
