Decent Survey Builder but Lacks Customization

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
SurveyMonkey is a standard survey and online form builder, but I don't think it stands out. It provides the basic features you need. The quality of the analytics provided are quite good even on free plans, which is great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SurveyMonkey is easy to use I can quickly build a survey by dragging and dropping in different types of questions I want into my survey. I like that SurveyMonkey provides analytics for your survey results, which has helped me easily understand my data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren't many customization options for the forms to make them match my branding or look very aesthetically pleasing. A lot of features are also restricted to the paid plans, so free users won't be able to store their past surveys/data or make surveys longer than 10 questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would consider your budget before purchashing SurveyMonkey, since you won't get many features unless you spend a decent amount on a subscription. If your online form/survey needs are quite simple, you may be better off using a lower-cost or free software.
