What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
The number of questions that can be asked within SurveMonkey is greater than other survey and form platforms. I can share the survey of different methods, either by email, through a shared link or through a gadget on your website. Survey Monkey can also be integrated with Google Sheets, this allows to have a more orderly and automated database if SurveyMonkey is used to keep a record.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
-You can have a preview of the survey before its final publication- -You can create from multiple choice responses to respective logicás thus branching the survey depending on the responses. -It is fully customizable, from entering your company logo to choosing your company color and having a custom font. -The analysis is very detailed, from the most general to the breakdown of each question for each person who has participated in a survey.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-The templates are very limited, they must have a wide variety of templates in order to optimize the work process. -The customization is a bit complicated, it almost seems that you have to know programming to create an email. -Prices not so competitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a practical and complete solution to create surveys and collect data that are necessary for the company, such as information to improve marketing and sales, get an opinion, find a problem with something, etc. I know price is not its strong suit, but SurveyMonkey has features that a free platform cannot.
