What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of SurveyMonkey is that it allows the user to customize the survey according to your own needs. You can use built-in templates or create your own unique survey along with your own branding. SurveyMonkey also works on all platforms and you can delegate the work easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SurveyMonkey has everything you need so I have nothing to say that i dislike about it except maybe the name which seems at first like a game for kids but infact its a solution that most high profile organizations use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is considering SurveyMonkey, i recommend that you start using it as soon as possible.

It’s very easy to use, it’s intuitive and also it’s very user friendly and makes the experience more fun

I love the way that the data is collected and then reported. Again it makes the experience more fun and interesting

I have had some bad mobile experiences actually which has effected my experience.

It’s a great way to save time, get more employee engagement and understand more about your business whilst improving productivity and gaining more insight on important company wide issues.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
SurveyMonkey is the only survey vendor that i know and have been using and they know how to market themselves and that is what gives them an advantages over its competitors
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to create, send and eventually view the replies along with full analytic information that shows you all the details starting from who opened the email and you can even know how many times it was clicked on. You can also create a report according to what info you want to get from the survey that you create
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to pay to be able to use all the options is what i dislike but its understandable since they are a company that wants to make money
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Surveymonkey is one of the best survey solutions so i recommend to go for it if you are looking for a solution to manage your surveys
