What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Surveymonkey is one of the companies that even though have reached a good position in the market but still work on improving themselves, and thats what makes them better than others in my point of view.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Surveymonkey is one of the most easy friendly to use solution available in the market due to features that it provides you to be able to use this tool effectively. The yearly cost is not much if you know how to use it properly to be able to identify new prospects as i do myself. You can create a survey in a matter of minutes on any device..
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont like the fact that you cannot use this product offline, but on the other hand, why would you want to use it anywhere but online where it belongs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i recommend that you make sure to check all Tiers along with the benefits that come from each Tier before subscribing since most might consider the free teir enough for them, while others will want more.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
When you compare SurveyMonkey to others who provide a similar product, you can clearly see what i chose SurveyMonkey. The library of templates and ready made questions is what makes me chose them over others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to open my account on my phone anytime is my favorite aspect. I can control my account as if im sitting on my office desk doing my regular work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think that the dashboard needs a bit more work to become more user friendly while maintaining the visuals and data that i want to see.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SurveyMonkey allows you to create a free account, but i recommend that you go directly to the paid version since you will be eventually upgrade to be able to export the data you want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The features provided such as the templates available and the types of questions and the integrations provided are all great, you can also easily import or export all data such as list of contacts. you can also sort the data from the surveys any way you like.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont like that you have to become a paid user to be able to export the data

whether you are looking for a basic solution to create surveys or you want a more professional solution, SurveyMonkey is the product you have to use
