What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Integrations and plugins obviously. Courtesy Surveymonkeys vast integration with a cross-section of software products deployed in my workplace, we are conveniently improving the engagement level of our surveys and easily exporting survey insights into third party data visualization tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the quality of the analytics Surveymonkey presents, regarding every single survey campaign we launch on the platform. Its analytical data are always very concise, and we rely on these data to continuously improve the engagement rate and overall quality of our surveys.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is currently no provision for survey collection offline.This has left us needing to maintain a separate software for this sole purpose.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For online based feedback collection , Surveymonkey should be a good fit for most organizations.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Integrations . Surveymonkey simply almost integrates with all tools that we use. This has simply made it easier to import survey data into data analysis tools we use at work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mobile compatible survey templates. This is very important for me ,as I realize that a lot of people who will access our surveys, will do that from their mobile phone , thus making it important for our surveys to work well on mobile devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Surveymonkey can do better, when it comes to a user like myself being able to incorporate logic into our surveys. This is currently a major Surveymonkey bottleneck.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
May not have the most aesthetically pleasing survey templates, but its templates are simply effective. Especially when targeting mobile phone users.
