What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
You can choose an interactive template, so you can create an informal questionnaire like Zoom. Even beginners can create questions intuitively. In particular, you can make other choices with just one click.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are several functions, and depending on the answer to the question, you can change the destination of the next question, disable multiple answers from the same device, change the layout of the questionnaire form and make quite detailed settings. Also, when it comes to extracting data, you can choose Powerpoint or PDF format, but the layout is quite good. It was a Powerpoint as it was extracted from SurveyMonkey, but it was well-received for its good design.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When extracting data, if the chart element name was long, the number of characters displayed appeared to be limited, cut in half and had to be corrected manually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is used not only for questionnaires but also for evaluation forms. It also has an anonymous function, so it could be used for elections. It can be used in several fields. I was instructed to compile the training questionnaire and had to go through the process from selecting the questionnaire form to creating the report in a few hours.
