What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Its customization is really fantastic and everything thing is so easily customizable. The user interface is slick clean and easy to use. The setup process is very fast and seamless. Its ability to create custom dashboard for different users or managers is one of the key selling points of the software. The possibility to design the survey according to your needs and even brand it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gives tools to analyze you r results. Its flexible pricing models. Allows one to collect responses quickly and easily. Its user friendly interface. Decent branding and design options. Good interface for tracking, notifying survey participants and analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any beef with with survey monkey, am contented with its services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are going to use it extremely frequently, surveymonkey may be worth it, It's the G.O. A.T survey tool that i have come across and its services are outstanding.
