What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Survey monkey is very easy to navigate and use, some survey tools can be very clunky or confusing, however, this tool is v4ry intuitive. You are able to set up, collect responses and share results easily with the team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of creating a survey and the process of creating rules and flow based on specific answers, e.g when creating a longer form survey you may want to skip specific questions for some users based on previous answers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analysis and report building are pretty standard and are not as advanced as some other tools, if you want to do some real cohort analysis and are using very large data sets it can be quite slow and harder to segment the data by specific attributes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a super easy tool to use for surveying customers and audiences, it has great language features enabling you to create the same survey in multiple languages relatively easily. Easy to set up and use however if you are looking for a deeper analytical understanding of larger data sets with multiple attributes they may be better suited tools.

Most of all I appreciate its ease of use. I am able to create surveys very quickly and easily, and I can also share them with others with just a few clicks. Additionally, I like that I can see the results of my surveys in real-time, which helps me to gauge the effectiveness of my questions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SurveyMonkey can be expensive if users want to use all the features and access all the data. Also, there are not many opportunities to see how your survey compares to others.
