Default field extraction and CIM is awful.

What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SOAR from other similar products?
It's bad. The credit system of purchase/use is confusing and unnecessarily obtuse.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
None really. I quite disliked it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
CIM/CEF are HUGELY important in SIEM operations. Everything required super in-depth FERs to operate and lackluster built-in templates. Grabbing from common data sources (ie: Azure, major EDRs, even SYSLOG) should have a super easy template to follow to make integration less like crawling through broken glass.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't. Just don't. Check out Panther or Splunk. Thank me later.
