What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
We were using manual spreadsheets before, so this really helped eliminate error and allow visibility to our teams
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's really easy to use. The dashboard is user friendly and the information provided is up to date and useful. There's no question on what commission is earned and what has been achieved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be honest there's nothing that I dislike. It provides every level of functionality that I could as for as an end user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try, at least for a trial if available and allow your sales team to have peace of mind knowing that all is being tracked and organized appropriately. It will eliminate questions to HR and provides that level of transparency that everyone is looking for

What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
Spiff allows you to clearly compare your compensation over time. Something I've struggled to do with other solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to track trends in your quota relief over time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be difficult to filter/search for an individual order. This means you have to scroll through a long list to find what you are looking for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spiff is great for your sales teams to track their performance. It provides an easy way to track incentives (spiffs, accelerators, etc)

What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
I've only experienced a sales org that only relied on Salesforce for commissions tracking and one that used Spiff and Spiff provides wayyy more transparency into the commissions process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to read the dashboards. Real time updates with Salesforce. Easy to identify issues with commissions
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app has had some issues in my experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
100% worth an evaluation especially in a fast growing company. With commissions structures changing often, this provides confidence and transparency to reps in knowing what, how, and when they'll be paid.
