What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
With Spiff we can interact better with sales staff. Our membership application panel takes the hassle out of explaining the membership plan and answering your benefits and eligibility concerns instead of having to do it one by one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By all accounts, Spiff is a user-friendly and practical platform for administrators. Because of this, we can collaborate with the sales team more directly to improve accounting solutions, Salesforce connectors, and commission data accuracy. Whenever we have any issues or inquiries regarding the platform, the Spiff staff provides outstanding customer service. Every day, our sales, leadership, and accounting teams use Spiff to respond to requests and chase down approvals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to using Spiff in their authorization processes, our sales executives have been resistant. Their team, which may consist of up to forty people, is most worried by the sheer volume of data that has to be reviewed in order to get complete approval. They would like not to examine their statement in its finer detail in order to verify their team's claims.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An essential tool for any firm with sales-assisted teams or motions is Spiff. Because of how easy it is for everyone on the team to understand each other's goals, there are fewer mistakes, and that means fewer unhappy salespeople.

What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
As a BDR in a fast-growing company, you already have your hands full with your regular responsibilities, and now you have to add the added legwork of keeping tabs on commissions on prospects. I no longer need to keep tabs on my prospects or whether they have been paid for thanks to Spiff's direct integration with SalesForce. Because I am a non-US representative and because most opportunities are created at least one month after I develop them, this is really beneficial. It would be an enormous challenge to stay on top of all that commission data!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple to use and helpful, Spiff compiles all the data we need about our commissions onto a single page. The total amount of commissions linked with all the agreements concluded within a given time frame is readily apparent. Spiff's ability to automate commission calculations is fantastic; it saves us a ton of time compared to when we had to manually compute commissions due to our compensation plan's complexity. The necessary openness regarding compensation plans has been supplied to us by Spiff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Spiff is nearly flawless, its usefulness is heavily dependent on the user's level of platform expertise; getting your hands on all the tools you need is a matter of finishing the training and getting the necessary skills, neither of which will take long.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Getting into my acceleration region once I've accomplished plan is the greatest thing I've seen that it truly helps me with. From a quota standpoint, it's straightforward to see my progress, but there are extremely stringent requirements for accelerator payouts. If I work on a few deals with various salespeople throughout the year, for instance, I can better gauge when the accelerators will be most effective.
