What differentiates Silktide from other similar products?

have used several marketing programs and I can say that this is the best. It is easy to use and configuration can be done even without requesting help desk assistance. It has an intuitive interface and approach to marketing solutions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the easiest way to generate income and build a better relationship with the audience through email marketing. You can easily take polls or collect reviews to make the most impact with your audience's feedback

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like is that when someone from my front desk sees an authorization and puts the necessary information on the reservation, it's still on the board and it looks like no one has done anything with it. It would be nice if it was like an email and seemed read and unread or open/unopened.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It just creates more work for me. When I open one and transfer the data and always click processed to move it from the dashboard. It makes me feel better when I know that everyone has been transferred successfully.

Silktide differs because it doesnt just read the code, it actually run it, and can therefore evaluate a web experience just like a person can
