What differentiates Shopify Plus from other similar products?
The integration shopify offers is unmatched. From the B2B side connecting to a few different wholesale sites like Faire.com to the B2C side connecting seamlessly to TikTok, Meta, Amazon and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A unique feature that I love to use is the Live Map feature and seeing all of the different places in the world our products reach to. I also love the various reports and analytics that shopify offers. I know our marketing team loves how easy they make it to reach customers to push for a purchase.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When typing in manual orders quantities sometimes revert back to one instead of the quantity requested. So we have to triple check orders previous to submitting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work closely with the customer service team and try as many apps as possible to perfect your store and the meet the needs you have.
