My favorite aspect about Shopify is how swiftly it increases our brand awareness and productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't so many things that I dislike about Shopify but our Launch Rep was a nightmare to work with. He couldn't answer any of our questions without consulting with other team members. In addition every time we open their edit order app, it will flash the page so we must refresh the page for it to remain so that we can use it.

In my experience I faced minor issues with it that can be covered with little effort, for example, the tool is a little pricey that cannot be afforded by everyone and the support team which is not good because when I need their need they are not available and not eligible to resolve issues.
