In my experience I faced minor issues with it that can be covered with little effort, for example, the tool is a little pricey that cannot be afforded by everyone and the support team which is not good because when I need their need they are not available and not eligible to resolve issues.

I'm facing two difficulties with this tool firstly it is necessary to charge additional transaction fees when collecting payments from some countries. secondly establishing and expanding a business requires some additional training. Lastly, a single product cannot have more than 100 versions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The predictable price can go high sometimes because of several variables without any notification, with no flexibility on backend customization this platform is not rich in providing information. While some expertise is also required to use this platform.

I highly recommended Shopify plus for an eCommerce business because you can customize our home page, content, layout, menus, colours, and typography easily according to any event. You can easily track the traffic and our customer’s response when you offer sale. New orders and inventory data handling are also very easy with Shopify plus.
