The unique feature in ServiceNow app Engine is that i am able to control access for the apps i create, so when we create an app that should be used only by a select group of people like top management in our company, we can ensure that only those authorized are able to access. This ensures the safety of our data enables efficiency of oir business operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it enables even people with no coding experience to build apps simply and easily, i like the drag abd drop feature which allows me to simply pick the features i want for my app and just drop them into the design, so i dont have to write code during the app development process, this has accelerated this process and allowed us to reduce costs associated with app development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is a bit slow at responding to our issues, they should improve on this.

This product has helped us improve our business operations by creating custom apps that enable efficiency and improved productivity. Its a good solution since even IT people with no coding knowledge are able to build apps using ServiceNow app. For this benefits i would recommend this product to all IT teams that need to build apps faster and easily.

I think that unlike other low code development products, its flow designer is very simple to use and makes creation of end to end workflows much easier and faster, it also has ready to use templates which help to reduce the duration of applications building process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it has a lot of configuration tools whuch makes the app building process easier and faster. It also has drag and drop features which we use to simplify the prices by allowing to pick and drip the features or buttons we need for our application. It basically removes the very complex coding process from the application building this allows us to quickly and easily create apps. It slso enables people with no coding knowledge to also build apps with its many tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only dislike is that this product has no free trial option so we didn't get to test how well it will work for us before we committed to buying it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ServiceNow app Engine has allowed us to accelerate the application development process by reducing the amount of work and time involved in this process. I would recommend it to all IT staff who need a way to build applications easily and quickly.

It has ready to use templates which you can use to design and build apps,also their customer support is very friendly and helpful, whenever a issue arises they are always ready to resolve it quickly

What i like ServiceNow app Engine is that whatever application we build on this platform we can easily scale to meet our changing and increasing demand, this helps us to streamline our business process and continue operating efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes quite some time to understand and set up dashboard as per my preference,also the UI needs to be updated and made less crowded.

This is perfect for anyone looking to build apps without the complex process of coding or for anyone who doesn't have a coding background, it is a good tool for streamlining and automating your business process.
