Unlike other product tools, ServiceNow Process Optimization allows you to examine a process for customer service issues and find bottlenecks to reduce workflow delays and provide a better customer experience in the shortest time feasible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The features are what I appreciate best about ServiceNow Process Optimization. The capabilities make fine-tuning workflow processes for optimal results a breeze. You can effectively manage and optimize teamwork performance by keeping track of data, processes, and workflows. For example, incident process optimization shows managers and teams how operations flow. The application gives teams a visual picture of process flows, allowing them to discover bottlenecks and make improvements almost immediately. Furthermore, inside their groups, team members can exchange maps of IT and customer service workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although there are numerous advantages to using ServiceNow Process Optimization, such as the ability to visualize performance data and the ability to streamline workflows by identifying and eliminating costly variants in work processes, but the business workflow maps can become scrambled, causing confusion among teams. To prevent inefficiencies, one must access the project cards, which display an overview details of mining projects, and take the time to filter teams by name or short description. In addition, I despised the requirement to identify maps linked with such work processes to have a clear knowledge of who or what team is working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At first this is known for its user friendly interface which is not only for us but also for our customers to rasie tickets, track tickets, comment on tickets,etc. Best support executive for our company. It helps to manage tickets raise by customers and segregate them to the concern department according to type of issue. There's no manual setup required to assign tickets. It automatically assign tickets and helps validate which is in priority level. It provides best ticketing platform to customers to raise their concern easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This has limited trail period which needs to increased fore more days so that someone can easily understand what are the main features and what are their works. Apart that this is awesome tool and nothing to hate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this to small, medium businesses too as they have best plans to achieve your target and you will get lots of features which gives best services to your customers and indirectly increase sales.
