What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

It is much easier to use, everything looks and feels simple to do and that also makes it easier to introduce SCORO to our nee colleagues when there’s employee turnover

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to track the communication with clients - when they were last contacted, by whom, what the conversation was about, what are the next steps etc. Also tracking the work done by employees

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s a lot of options that we do not use as an NGO

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that they should use it if they have active work with clients

What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

Scoro believes in “more is better” approach and is an all in one business management platform.It differentiates from the competition by the user friendliness which is ease to use.The knowledge material and training material is superb.Scoro supports SSL security which way more advanced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scoro favourite aspect of mine is the workflows tools are easy to use with the reporting features, task , financial and CRM tools work together seamlessly, making scoro pleasant to use.For me who want all in one tool , scoro is best for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Scoro can improve in expanding its network and increase its integration with outlook.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For someone who is upgrading or new can look positively with Scoro as it has impressing features with Managers who want an all in one tool , Scoro is a good choice.Scoro learning curve is better for a rookie and has excellent customer support experience.It offers extensive training material for onboarding.

Scoro provides detailed information in a very comprehensive manner and aims to provide businesses with a better metrics on the key performing areas which increases productivity and streamlines operations. It saves time with a easy user interface

Favourite aspect of using Scoro is definitely its amazing interface and creating dashboards that are able to pick up even the slightest of details

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that Scoro has some features that aren’t very accessible and easy to use but if made less troublesome, it would be a great additional help and benefit to the business owners

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend using Scoro for even your day to day data insights and analytic reports for expense tracking or any other activity
