What differentiates ScienceLogic SL1 from other similar products?

Monitorings events and overall health across our various customer environments is where SL1 is most frequently used. By monitoring server processes with SL1's custom dashboard, we were able to identify the application causing high CPU consumption and related processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With SL1's intuitive dashboard builder, we can quickly identify problematic technology areas in our clients' setup and provide them with actionable insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More freedom to create unique panels, as we had much more freedom in previous versions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the most part, I managed to guide people to the data that was relevant to their specific case study. It was a problem with our team, not the product, when I couldn't help users or customers; We haven't incorporated all the features I would have preferred.
